Here’s the resume version of the story: Why I do what I do
I studied Electrical Engineering at IIT Kanpur, India, before I started working with all things Data, ML, and AI. After spending about a decade working in the Data and Tech Industry across continents, building Data and AI products on a global scale, I decided to pursue my passion for supporting people in their growth journey.
With years of mentoring experience in the tech and data industry, I realized that although fulfilling, my mentoring offerings are limited by my experiences. I wanted to reach more people and work with them long-term on deeper topics with more significant impact, so I decided to become a coach. I coach people to get clarity on their values and ideal life to enable them to make more fulfilling choices. I love to see people getting in alignment with their authentic selves and lead from that place of resonance with core values - both at work and in life!
The most fulfilling part of this work is to make people feel and wonder and watch them transform during our relationship—it’s truly an honor to have an opportunity to do that for a fellow human being.
Hello there!
I am Varsha, originally from India, and now at home in Berlin.
Here are a few things about me:
I love to dance, write, read, and travel
I am passionate about supporting people’s growth
I am a serial career transitioner(more below!)
I indulge in my love for writing and sharing what I have learned here: https://lalwanivarsha.medium.com/, https://varshalalwani.substack.com/ and LinkedIn.
I coach leaders to be unapologetically authentic, more empathetic, and better communicators. My goal is to help them become dedicated coaches who not only impact the business bottom line but also create an environment where everyone can grow and thrive in a diverse, inclusive work culture.
Here’s how I can help.
Bring clarity to your goals
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or you want to switch careers. Perhaps you want to become a better, stronger, and more authentic leader.
Build your confidence
Big changes can be intimidating to go through. Realize and tap into your strengths to move forward with confidence. Learn how to work through the self-doubt and imposter syndrome holding you back from taking the leap.
Expand your potential
Deepen your self-learning and use new insights and perspectives to expand your growth and build your path forward. Look at your growth holistically and understand how your career, health, relationships, and environment interact with each other.
